Radford Dale Cinsault 2019

This Cinsault is from 31 year old bush vines grown on the banks of the Moddergat River.

As always, the grapes were hand-picked in the early hours of the morning to capture freshness and acidity.  The bunches were then hand sorted and naturally fermented in stainless steel tanks.  After fermentation the wine spent 10 months in older French oak barrels.
