This magnificent Flagship blend consists of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. All grapes are hand-picked and rigorously hand-selected over a sorting table. Not a single grape will find its way into this wine unintentionally. Also the wine of choice on the list in the Burj Al Arab in Dubai (the only 7* hotel in the world). Gravity is only bottled when the very finest grapes allow the creation to be of the highest standards for the “Dream Team” in Stellenbosch. Therefore, when a vintage is released, we recommend you take at least a case or two. We never know when nature will produce the highest standard of grapes for Gravity again!
