The grapes were hand-harvested from a single block and hand-sorted back at the cellar.
The juice was fermented for 2 weeks in a clay Amphorae.
After fermentation, the juice was then moved to 3rd and 4th fill barrels for 12 months of maturation.
On the nose, the wine reveals prominent notes of bright attractive fruits.
