Description
‘Higher Purpose’ is a fitting name for this wine, encompassing both the varietal’s intrinsic qualities and the influence of the elevated vineyard location. It embodies a dedication to excellence and a commitment to crafting a wine that reaches new heights of flavour. The grapes were hand-harvested from a single block and hand-sorted back at the cellar. The juice was fermented for 2 weeks in a clay Amphorae and concrete eggs. After fermentation, the juice was then moved to 3rd and 4th fill barrels for 10 months of maturation. On the nose, the wine reveals prominent notes of bright attractive fruits. The wine exhibits the delicate nature of this variety with evolving finesse and depth. A refined drinking experience that combines elegance and charm.
