The wine was matured in older French oak barrels for about 18 months then assembled 2 months before bottling to allow the wine to settle
Naturally fermented, unfined, unfiltered, and from a single vineyard– a true representation of why many believe Shiraz to be the varietal most well-suited to the Helderberg.
