This Walker Bay Chenin Blanc vineyard is situated close to the sea and is cooled by refreshing ocean breezes. As always, the fruit is harvested early and by hand. Fermentation was carried out in older French oak barrels for a period of 10 months. Through profound understanding of this vineyard, winemaker Jacques De Klerk was able to create a wine that reflects it’s site through freshness, elegance, finesse and purity.
