This is the only Cabernet Franc in South Africa that comes from a single clone (312) of the noble French varietal. All the grapes were selected by hand from a single vineyard on the high-lying slopes of the Jonkershoek Mountain. The wine is bottled without filtering or fining, leading to a complex yet beautifully balanced wine. For those who enjoy the finer things in life this is definitely ready to drink now and you will not find a truer representation of authentic Cabernet Franc.
