Rascallion Wines Aquiver White Blend 2019

Lightly wooded white blend produced from Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc, all located 15km away from False Bay.

All three blocks are cooled by the False Bay ocean breeze, bringing zestiness and fruitiness to the final blend.

The Chenin Blanc was fermented in tank bringing freshness to the wine, whilst the barrel-matured Grenache Blanc adds creaminess, complexity and depth.  The Sauvignon Blanc contributes fresh, citrus fruit flavours.

An effortlessly elegant wine with well-balanced acidity and a full, round mouth-feel.

80% Chenin Blanc, 10% Grenache Blanc, 10% Sauvignon Blanc
