Rascallion Wines Auro Collection Black Red Blend 2020

A rich and robust Cabernet Sauvignon red blend sourced from the Western Cape.

Each vineyard was selected for its exceptional fruit concentration and quality.

Each varietal was hand-picked at optimal ripeness and fermented separately in open tank fermenters.  All varietals were matured separately in French oak barrels for 10 months, then seamlessly blended together to create a complex, structured wine with great aging potential.

The final blend is full-bodied and ripe with layers of sweet and spicy fruit on the finish.
