This is a “Reserve” wine, which is the very best fruit of the harvest was singled-out, first by bunch then by berry, and put into specially selected barrels. fermented with the natural “wild” yeast in 7,000 litre, open top French Oak vats. Then followed by 24 months in 30% new French oak barriques. The wine is given a full year of bottle aging before release.
