Something of a rarity, as not much Sauvignon Blanc is produced in Piedmont, Italy. This one, however, is a cracker! Fresh with good balance and acidity, it’ll find favour with Sauvignon Blanc fans who like to take a walk on the wild side. Made in very small quantities, we’re fortunate to have been given a small allocation by Secondo and Silvano.
