The grapes were hand-picked and harvested separately from four different blocks in the early morning to capture the essential flavour profiles and specific ripeness level.
The juice was cold fermented without oak to allow the primary fruit origin to express itself. After natural fermentation, the wine was left on its lees for 6 months before bottling.
The introduction of fruit aromas will draw you in, seducing the senses with enticing tropical flavours. The palate is perfectly poised with a confident oyster-shell minerality.
