The grapes were hand-picked in the early morning to capture the essential flavour profiles and specific ripeness level. One component was fermented in French oak barrels for 10 months, the other was fermented in tank and finally left on the lees for 6 months.
The introduction of fruit aromas will draw you in, seducing the senses with enticing tropical flavours. Incredibly light and fresh from the start with beautiful layers of oak which enrich the palate with a creaminess on the finish.
