Rivendell Sauvignon Blanc 2016

The grapes were hand-picked in the early morning to capture the essential flavour profiles and specific ripeness level.  Strictly reductive winemaking practices took place to preserve the flavour characteristics.  The wine was left on the lees for 6 months before it was bottled.  The introduction of fruit aromas will draw you in, seducing the senses with enticing tropical flavours.  Incredibly light and fresh from the start with beautiful sea-shell minerality and a lingering aftertaste.

Perfect to drink now and up to four years from vintage.
