Rock Paper Scissors Syrah 2018

The grapes are grown and harvested from the Nyani Farm in the Swartland region where everything is done as organically as possible.  The Wine is 92% Syrah with fresher varietals like Pinot Noir, Grenache, Cinsault and Pinotage blended in very small quantities to add lightness to the wine.  The wine was fermented whole bunch for 10 days before transferring to old French oak barrels.  The barrels were simply used as a storage vessel, as M.C. is not a major fan of oak extraction.  The wine is made in a totally natural way with no acid, yeast or any other additives added.
