The grapes were sourced from premium vineyards located in Wellington.

The wine was fermented for 5 days in stainless steel tanks before being transferred to dark, toasted French oak barrels for 6 months.

This Pinotage offers intense notes of cacao and roasted coffee beans.

The palate is generously flavoured with charred plum and dark cherry notes which full your mouth with each sip.

Expect nothing less than luscious, juicy flavours that retain excellent structure and lingering, ripe tannins.
