Rosendal Barony Røsslyng Chardonnay 2021

A medium-bodied Chardonnay with a bright yellow hue and a translucent green tinge.

Hand-harvested from the Swartland region – the summers are usually hot and sunny with cooling winds bringing rejuvenation to the vines in the afternoon.

30% of the Chardonnay juice was matured in old French oak barrels for 6 months whilst the remaining wine was stored in stainless steel.

This oak integration resulted in gorgeous vanilla aromas on the nose with a tropical creaminess on the palate
