This blend is the perfect balance between the fragrant, warming spice of Shiraz and the savoury notes of the Cabernet Sauvignon.
The grapes were hand-harvested from two sites located in Franschhoek and Stellenbosch. The juice was fermented in stainless steel where it stayed in contact with the lees for 3 months.
50% Shiraz, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon
