A classic Sauvignon Blanc harvested from the Simonsberg Mountains in Stellenbosch.
The grapes were hand-picked and chilled overnight to retain the utmost freshness and acidity.
The wine was left to fermented slowly – spending 6-8 months on the lees.
Green fig notes explode on the nose with hints of pineapple and tropical fruits on the palate.
