A traditional Sauvignon Blanc harvested from cooler-situated vines located high in the peaks of the Piekenierskloof Mountains.

Cooling Atlantic breezes and careful vineyard management ensures for a perfectly balanced Sauvignon Blanc.  The grapes were picked early in the morning to capture the natural freshness of the fruit.

Wonderfully elegant and refined with subtle berry flavours and minerality.
