The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented in open-top fermenters after which it was matured in French oak for 12 months. (3rd and 4th fill)
This medium-bodied Pinotage is made to express elegance portraying a beautiful ink colour and berry aromas jumping out of the glass.
The palate shows hints of oak incorporated with ripe tannins.
The finish is beautifully long and captivating.
