The fruit was sourced from 27 year old vineyards overlooking False Bay and Table Bay.
The grapes are handled reluctantly and 24 hour skin contact is given before pressing.
The Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in French oak barrels for 6 months resulting in a wine that is nicely weighted and beautifully balanced.
In the glass, the wine exhibits wonderful green hues.
A one of a kind Sauvignon Blanc with integrated acidity and a lovely quartz-like minerality with a saline finish.
