Saxenburg Frogitt & Vonkel Release Sauvignon Blanc | Semillon 2019

The Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon are sourced from two separate vineyards both located on the South-West facing slope overlooking False Bay and Table Bay.

Both varietals were fermented in older French oak barrels and blended after 6 months of maturation on the lees.

The palate is incredibly textured and has a beautiful waxiness to it.

Acidity is soft and appealing, but keeps the wine finely balanced

The finish is dry and grippy and has the same salinity as the Sauvignon Blanc
