The grapes are hand-picked and pressed with only the best juice going into open cement tanks for maceration.

The wine was matured in French oak barrels for 24 months resulting in a Cabernet Sauvignon with deep, dark plumb flavours and notes of coffee.

The wine epitomizes the fruitful character of Cabernet Sauvignon from this cooler sub-climate.

Ready to drink but will age for a further 10 years.
