A vivacious deep ruby Syrah originating from an immaculate single vineyard located in the lower Helderberg region.
The grapes are hand-picked and pressed with only the best juice going into open cement tanks for maceration.
The wine was matured in French oak barrels for 24 months resulting in a Syrah with great peppery character on the nose and a velvety texture lingering on the palate.
