This is the first time F&V have imported from the island of Mallorca in Spain. This blend consists of indigenous cultivars, Premsal and Giró Roz from low yielding island vines. Once hand-harvested the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on the lees for 3 months. Only indigenous yeasts were used. The palate is fresh and creamy supported by natural acidity. A satin mouthfeel with a long lasting palate. 60% Premsal, 40% Giró Roz
