“A beautiful white blend from a boutique winery located in the amazing Cape Agulhas wine district.”
The Bard is a dry white blend of Semillon, Nouvelle, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc.
The nose abounds with tropical and floral fruit aromas, whilst the palate is vibrant with subtle green apple flavours coming through from the Nouvelle.
This blend spent a short amount of time in 3rd fill French oak barrels.
57% Semillon, 25% Viognier, 13% Nouvelle, 5% Sauvignon Blanc
