Teamwork over individualism, this blend is all about the sum of its parts, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot all of which are picked at different times during harvest so that each component contributes their own individual character to this incredible blend. The components were transferred to older French oak barrels and matured for 24 months. This wine is only made on rare occasions from vines usually accustomed to more premium wines, this is an absolute steal! Through its generous warmth of fruit this wine reflects the wonderfully sunny climate of the Cape.
75% Syrah, 13% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon
