Situated in the heart of Getaria, Spain, the vineyards produced a stunning Txakoli that has been made with Hondarrabis grapes. White vinification takes place at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, resulting in a lovely white wine with white fruit and mineral notes.
The wine is slightly effervescent, superbly dry and wonderful with seafood.
Remains on the lees until bottling.
