All of the grapes came from a block off of a farm in Elgin where the grapes were harvested by hand to ensure true quality from beginning to end. The whole bunch grapes were naturally fermented after which it spent 10 months in French oak barrels before bottling. A beautifully balanced wine with a soft, creamy mouthfeel displaying complexity and depth from the oak.
