A succulent and juicy blend of Paarl Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. The farm has unique terroir and soil types throughout it boundaries, and each cultivars home is selected based on optimum conditions for that variety. All vinification is done traditionally and mostly by hand. The wine was blended and then matured in barrel for 14 months. Only French oak was used.
