The result is layers of character in a clean and mineral Chardonnay that shows why cooler climate Chardonnay is a promising star for South African wine. Ready to drink now, but will continue to reward proper aging for another four to five years. Medium-bodied and delightfully balanced. Each bottle individually numbered. Wax seal.
