Seduces the senses with beautiful flavours from small French oak maturation. Wonderfully complex blend of premium Syrah harvested from small sites in Elgin, Sunday Glen and Botrivier. Gentle, smooth and sweet tannins. Mostly matured in second fill barrels to emphasize the fruit from these delicate and elegant Syrah sites.
A completely balanced Syrah, finishing the palate, but not without noticeable texture and minerality.
