Gorgeous Pinot Noir and smooth as silk. Carefully selected parcels were identified and painstakingly nurtured to optimum ripeness. All harvesting and fruit selection done by hand. The free run juice was then placed in to mostly second-fill barrels to let the fruit speak for itself.
Enjoy up to seven years from harvest.
