Weinhaus August Kesseler Pinot Noir Rosé Saignée Rheingau 2014
“Possibly one of the most delicious and refreshing wines we’ve ever offered. Light-crush Pinot Noir from it’s historical base in Germany, Rheingau. African Debut!”
This is a seriously elegant thirst-quencher, and one that took us totally by surprise. Carefully selected grapes from vines up to 80 years old are hand-picked and de-stemmed before just 10-15% of the juice is extracted from the red wine mashes. This wine is then vinified in stainless steel vats in the original family cellar dating back to 1792!
Perfect for the hot African summer, but will delight you and even your hardest to please friends all year round. Seriously, you almost want to open a bottle and drop a drinking straw into it!
Lighter alcohol makes it perfect daytime drinking, too.
