A wonderfully sophisticated blend of Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault.
The Syrah component was hand-harvested and placed in old oak barrels for 9 months. The latter varietals were stored in old oak barrels for 1 month before being blended with the Syrah. The Carignan and Cinsault adds a lightness and easy charm to the wine resulting in a fresh and expressive end result. Extremely aromatic with gorgeous red fruit aromas.
70% Syrah, 15% Carignan, 15% Cinsault
