A 100% Semillon sourced from an exceptional vineyard in the Paardeberg. The grapes were destemmed at the cellar where skin contact was allowed for 3 days before pressing. The wine was fermented in French oak barrels for 1 month then matured on its lees for a further 6 months. Elegant aromas of pepper are abundant and is carried through to the palate. This Semillon embodies acidity and a beautiful textured mouthfeel.
