All of the grapes came from a single vineyard located in Stellenbosch where the grapes were harvested by hand to ensure true quality from beginning to end. Once harvested the grapes were naturally fermented and transferred to new French oak barrels for a total of 24 months. A beautiful full-bodied wine, rich in colour and superbly soft on the palate.
The wine is drinking superbly at the moment, but can still mature for another 5 years.
