Château de Chambert

Château de Chambert is the largest organic and biodynamic estate in the Cahors appellation, spanning 45 hectares of vineyards. The estate is dedicated to crafting elegant, refined expressions of Malbec rather than overtly powerful styles, drawing on its limestone-rich soils.
Located 30 kilometres west of the town of Cahors, between the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, Château de Chambert has been owned and managed by Philippe Lejeune since 2007. With the guidance of consultant winemaker Stéphane Derenoncourt, the estate has gained significant recognition within France.
