Our promise to you

We take great pride in finding the perfect wines for each of our customer’s individual palates and needs. We get a buzz out of bringing the best tasting wines to you, which is why we offer you this promise:

If you are aren’t 100% delighted with the wines you receive, then we will either replace the full case of 12 or give you a full refund.

When you receive your case of wine, aim to open the first bottle within 30 days of delivery. Taste the first bottle and if you’re not 100% happy simply call us our office at +27 21 888 8800 and let us know. We’ll collect the remaining 11 bottles* – and refund you for the full 12.

With our satisfaction guarantee the worst that can happen is you try a free bottle of wine on us!

Even with best efforts, a natural product like wine can become tainted or damaged. In the unlikely event this happens, we’ll collect the damaged wines and refund you in full.

We actively prefer to sell wines that are closed under screw-cap. However, some producers still insist on using cork, and therefore a small percentage of taint is unavoidable. There is no way of us detecting cork taint without opening every bottle! Should one of your bottles be ‘corked’ (typically a musty or damp smell/nose and an accompanying sour taste), simply let us know and we’ll credit you for the cost of that bottle.

Our Guaranteed Satisfaction promise to you is based on selling delicious wine in cases of 12 bottles of the same wine. Whilst we do occasionally sell mixed-cases, we cannot offer this promise on those mixed-case orders.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Wines must be returned in the original packaging you received them in.
