Description
This medium to light bodied Sauvignon Blanc shows a pale yellow hue with a delicate green tinge. After 8 hours of skin contact, fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks, followed by regular lees stirring to build texture and complexity. The nose offers classic Sauvignon Blanc aromas of gooseberry, green fig and elderflower, lifted and vibrant.
On the palate, the wine opens with a generous, rounded entry, revealing subtle tropical fruit notes. A mouthwatering finish carries through with a stony, mineral core, giving the wine precision and length.
This Sauvignon Blanc pairs beautifully with goat’s cheese tart or yellowtail ceviche, complementing both creamy and delicate seafood dishes.
