Harvested by hand and meticulously sorted, only the purest, healthiest fruit is selected. A short period of skin maceration enhances texture and builds gentle palate weight before the juice is pressed and transferred to stainless steel for natural fermentation. The result is a wine that captures both freshness and complexity, preserving its integrity and vibrant energy.
A bright citrus core defines the aromatics, layered with notes of dried apricot, spring flowers, and passion fruit.
