The Y Series Viognier showcases all the distinctive characters of the variety while maintaining balance and restraint in its flavour profile.
The grapes are gently pressed, and the juice is handled with controlled oxidation to preserve purity and texture. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using naturally occurring indigenous yeasts.
Following fermentation, the wine remains on its lees for three months, enhancing creaminess and palate depth.
Natural, vegan, and gluten free, the wine is layered with complex flavours while retaining vibrancy and finesse.
Bright straw in colour with green hues, it displays lifted aromas of orange blossom, fresh ginger, and delicate white flowers. The palate is creamy through the mid-section, finishing with a silky, textural elegance. Wild fermentation and lees ageing contribute an added level of savoury complexity and depth.
