Made from 100% Vermentino, it opens with aromas of Mediterranean herbs, fresh lemon, grapefruit and delicate white flowers. The palate is lively and full-flavoured, combining ripe fruit with bright acidity, a silky texture and a refined saline finish. Grown near Alghero, where sea breezes meet limestone, clay and sandy soils, the wine shows impressive freshness and coastal character.
