This Cabernet Sauvignon is highly rated for its exceptional depth, structure, and outstanding aging potential. The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness to achieve maximum flavour concentration and varietal character. The wine was matured for 18 months in a combination of 1st and 2nd fill French oak barrels, with only the finest 15 barrels selected for this reserve release. In the glass, it displays a beautiful medium-intensity crimson core. Aromas of cassis are complemented by subtle hints of coffee, creating a rich and layered bouquet. The palate is full-bodied and elegantly structured, culminating in a long, refined, and sophisticated finish.
