A full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with a brilliant, ruby red colour. The palate is bursting with dark fruit and delicate well-integrated oak. The grapes were hand-harvested and hand-sorted then lightly crushed. Something truly unique about this wine is that it has spent 36 months in French oak, very rare in the SA wine scene.
