Description
The Pinotage grapes were handpicked at optimum ripeness from a single 22 year old bush vine vineyard. The wine was then matured for 12 months in a selection of French oak barrels. One the nose, expect typical earthy aromas, complemented by subtle hints of mocha and dark plum. These rich, layered notes follow through to the palate, offering a well-balanced and characterful expression of this uniquely South African varietal. Can cellar for a further 10 years.
