The Y Series Shiraz is a rich and ripe wine bursting with juicy red fruit flavours, hints of spice, and smooth tannins, making it an exceptionally approachable and highly drinkable wine.
The grapes were sourced from multiple vineyards across South Australia, where a hot summer encouraged excellent flavour concentration and tannin development in the Shiraz grapes. Crafted from 100% Shiraz, the wine undergoes wild fermentation, with the winemakers adopting a minimal-intervention approach to allow the fruit and terroir to speak naturally.
