Description
The grapes were grown and hand-harvested just 5 km outside the centre of Stellenbosch. Following fermentation, the wine was matured for 18 months in older French oak barrels, allowing the fruit character to remain at the forefront while adding subtle complexity. On the nose, this Cabernet Sauvignon reveals inviting aromas of black fruit, ripe plum, and a hint of mocha. The palate is medium to full-bodied, offering impressive depth and structure without feeling heavy, resulting in a balanced and elegant finish.
