From the sun-drenched heart of Calitzdorp, TTT Cellars’ Things Take Time Cape Vintage 2025 is a captivating tribute to the Klein Karoo’s fortified-wine tradition. Crafted in small batches from Tinta Barocca, Touriga Nacional and Ruby Cabernet, this youthful Cape Ruby spent 16 months maturing in older French oak barrels.
Inviting aromas of ripe blackberries, red fruit and cinnamon lead to a luscious palate of sweet plum, prune, cocoa and vanilla. Gentle tannins balance its lingering sweetness, creating a beautifully rounded finish. Rich in character yet wonderfully approachable, it is a delightful companion to dark chocolate, desserts or slow evenings by the fire.
